Custodial Worker NA-02

This position is located at Fort Leavenworth FMWR Custodial Services. This announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies throughout the program. Duties

• Cleans, empties trash, dusts, disinfects, and deodorizes rooms, corridors, stairways, toilet facilities and other areas.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using light and heavy duty powered equipment.
• Operates industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. - moving furniture when necessary. Performs routine maintenance of equipment.
• Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
